Focus on a quality thought produces energy and momentum, the more focus there is the more energy there is and the more momentum there is, this is a clue as to how to sustain energy and what we call motivation…
 Sound Formations Think of the great thoughts you have accessed or great conversations that lead form one opening to the next, that activated more and more high quality thoughts, where the resistance to activation and linkup is minimum and so there is a natural expansion and exploration.
This is available anytime to anyone, and so we discover thought and energy is unlimited, any person or group can use this principle over and over and over again to generate energy and motivation, it is the power of focus.

If there is one mark of wisdom it is ‘right use of the advantage’, that is, neither using advantage for personal gain nor not for personal gain, or another way of putting it, using your advantage for the benefit of all, including yourself.
 Multi-Facets Of Creation
Your approach to and sense of having ‘the advantage’ in any area or realm of experience can be the difference between a prison and paradise, how you use advantage can sound the bells of liberation or the alarms of hurry, fear, and excessive control.
Your choice, and it is all in the approach you take.
In the end, we can create and fashion this world as we choose, and it will reflect back to us what we have intended of it, the saving grace is, whatever talent, skill, or advantage we have developed in life can be in service of liberation, without our losing any of our advantage, gift, skill, or uniqueness.

The Ego wants certain things, but when it comes to it, its not too willing to let go of itself to get them, wow, that is something isn’t it?!
 Simply Choose It actually wants a thing, maybe even quite intensely but so often wants to bolt and weld to the spot, the familiarity and basically deny itself the privilege of having what is chosen…
Notice this in yourself, it is bound to be there if you’re still here 
For ‘the ego’, your invented self to get what it wants, desires it has because of how it is and how you have created it, it now in order to get those has to let go of itself , in other words the want must diminish to let go to the fulfillment…
Now this boggles the mind a touch, but it is so profoundly obvious when you get it that you almost want to laugh your life away
You have certain goals because of desires, and the only way you get the goals is by releasing the desire. This reveals right away how we often habitually believe it better to sit with desire than to let it transform into reality, we’d actually rather feel it and keep it and at least have something, even the endless itch, than risk being without it and have what we choose…
Full out weird game indeed!
Yet, show me someone who is not playing it…

Now, if you miss the “magic moment” then you will search all your life an NEVER find it, you will consume vast amounts of scenery and never discover what you’ve been looking for…

“Stop hearing what you want to hear and hear what you hear!”
 Blasting  There was a special moment I sat in a friend’s kitchen, he was playing Captain Beefheart, quite strange music, not to most peoples tastes but that is not the point…
I got inside the music, let each note be where it was, each odd noise and quirky beat happen as it did, and you know what?
It was a revelation, maybe one of the most powerful meditations, and in an instant reminded me to simply Hear What You Hear, no altering, no changing it to suite, no wanting it to be different, just let it be what it is…
This is not to say of course you cannot alter things in your life, however, in that moment it was not my job to rewrite or alter the music of Captain Beefheart, so I let him be what he was in all his strange magic, and I got it deeply
Which brings me to another point, be clear of what your role is in the moment and let it play out perfectly…
